Q: What is Vauci?

Q: Why leather frames?
    Leather frames are beautiful, strong and very durable. Much stronger than painted wooden or plastic frames. We offer many different varieties in frames and leather, and there is always a style for your application.

Q: What kind of leather is used?
    We only select first quality leathers for all our products. First quality leathers will ensure the product quality and make the product more durable. Also for the embossed leathers, we also select first grade cow leather.

Q: Are there maximum or minimum sizes?
    There are no minimum or maximum size for the frame. Please send your mirror or panting sizes and we will send you a customized quotation.

Q: What type of wood is being used for the frame?
    We use Poplar wood for the frames. Well known for its straight shapes and poplar trees are environmentally responsible to use for frames

Q: Do I need to assemble the frame myself?
    There is some simple assembly required. We will ship your Vauci frame well and securely packed to ensure a good delivery.

Ordering Questions:

Q: Where can I order?
    You can order directly from us. Once you submit your enquiry, we can calculate the price for your frame and send a quotation to you within 2 business days, usually faster. You can also call us at 561 705 0611 Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM EST.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    Each order is made just for you. Usually an order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. When you place your orders, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time. Some types of leather required a longer time of delivery during busy seasons.

Q: How can I make sure that the frame fits the sizes of my mirror or painting?
    You will need to send us the exact dimensions of your mirror or painting. We will have a small tolerance. Sizes can be submitted to us in inches or centimeters. We are very experienced with our products and we know exactly how to make the frame for your mirror or painting. Once you placed your order, you can be confident that we will pay attention to every detail.

Q: What is the return policy?
    Each Vauci product is made to order. Since this is customized, all Vauci orders are non-refundable. Worried you may not get what you’re expecting? Rests assure knowing that your customized order will be made to your exact dimensions. Every order is handled with the upmost care, including a visual showing all the details. We will present this to you for signature approval before production is begun. Vauci is dedicated to making sure everything is just the way you want.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
    Vauci is customized to the individual; and the creating of your product begins when your order is placed. If, for whatever reason, an order is cancelled while in production, a 30% production fee will be applied and the remainder will be refunded to the customer.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
    Incorrect orders should be reported to shipping@vauci.com within 24 hours of receipt, along with pictures and a description so that we may correct any error incurred during the shipping process.

Q: Can orders be shipped worldwide?
    Yes, we ship worldwide, usually with UPS, FedEx or DHL. Please note that for shipments outside the US, the customer may be responsible for import duties and custom clearance fees.

Q: I need my order in 1 week. Can you do that?

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
    Although in-transit damages are rare, we understand that it is a possibility. If your chair arrives damaged we ask that you follow the instructions on your package and report any in-transit damages within 24 hours of receipt. We understand that this is unfortunate and ask our customers to provide necessary information within that 24 hour period to remake your chair right away.
